In recent years, AA-team has carefully put together a nationwide 24-hour network of approximately 200 regional independent roadside assistance providers. In addition, approximately 500 car companies issue an AA-team mobility card to their customers. Speed and quality are central to the selection of our partners.
A misunderstanding that we would like to clear up is that these are mainly recovery companies that only remove the car in the event of a breakdown. Of all shortcomings (about 81% of the breakdowns) - smaller repairs that can normally be repaired within three hours, in the event of a breakdown no less than 99.3% are also resolved within these three hours and customers can continue on the road with their own car.
Currently, approximately 19% of our customers have to deal with major repairs that last longer than 3 hours, as well as warranty cases, which we are not allowed to tinker with. These include: Engine damage – head gasket – gearbox – drive – serious cooling problems – fuel pump – electronics failure – ignition.
AA-team via your garage or mediator
AA team offers several low-cost options if you sign up through an affiliated garage or mediator. You can choose for an MOT roadside assistance card or a maintenance card with which you benefit from with free transport for a repair order or trade-in and a discount on roadside assistance abroad.
